Ani Vedere

Investment Analyst

Ani joined White Oaks as an Investment Analyst in January 2025. His investment experience began at Hondius Capital Management, a discretionary macro hedge fund in Stamford, Connecticut. Ani spent 4 years at Hondius in macroeconomic strategy and research.

Ani holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut’s School of Business. He is also working towards his CFA charter designation in the coming years.

In his role, Ani supports Alex, the portfolio manager, with broad capital markets research to inform asset allocation decisions, as well as executing trades for client portfolios and reviewing fund reporting. Alex and Ani work closely to ensure White Oaks is accessing the desired exposures appropriately, in order to provide clients with optimal risk adjusted returns.

Outside of the White Oaks, you might find Ani working out, spending time outdoors, reading and writing, and watching movies and TV shows. Ani enjoys frequenting the beautiful beaches of Sarasota and says that there is no better place to study for the CFA.
